Fish cakes are a traditional Barbados breakfast dish. They may be eaten on their own or served with delicious sweet bakes. For those on the go , the preferred way of enjoying fish cakes is sandwiched in a "salt bread", this is known as a "bread and two". Fish cakes are also a favourite appetizer at restaurants and finger food at cocktail parties.

Bajan Seasoning is a traditional, all-purpose Caribbean seasoning blend from the island of Barbados, and is often used as a base seasoning powder to flavor other spices like curry powder or lemon pepper seasoning. While Barbados green seasoning is typically made of fresh herbs, we created a comparable dry version that's full of the same herbs & flavored with hints of lime and a touch of heat through the spiciness of habanero chiles.

Dhal puri is a roti stuffed with ground split peas. It’s large, round and flat, and it’s often wrapped around curry so it can be eaten like a sandwich. While dhal puri is cooked on a griddle, the puri in India is deep-fried and smaller than the Trinidadian iteration. The portability of a dhal puri (with curry inside) makes it a popular grab-and-go street food and lunch option.
